ThermoTube SL - HT, HTX & HTX2
Application
Thermon ThermoTube pre-insulated tubing type HT, HTX and HTX2 are non-heated tube bundles to transport high temperature steam / liquids or for sample lines and impulse lines to pressure instruments. These products are used where heat tracing is deemed unnecessary such as indoors or in climates that do not experience subfreezing temperatures. They limit heat losses for energy conservation and provide personnel protection by limiting outer jacket temperatures.
High temperatue ThermoTube pre-insulated tubing bundles are offered in three popular configurations, ranging from 399°C (750°F) service to continuous operation at 593°C (1100°F).
Features
- Ideally suited to transport high temperature steam / liquids
- “Touch safe” jackets protect personnel
- “Cut-to-length” coils for fast, lower cost installation
- Conserves energy
- Polymer outer jacket (ATP or TPU available)
