Application
The Thermon Terminator ZT-Ambient thermostat is designed for use as an adjustable control thermostat for freeze protection applications of piping and vessels. This thermostat can be used as pilot control of a contactor, switching multiple heat tracing circuits. The Terminator box excels ineasy access to the terminals for maintenance and installation. This because the terminals are not inside the box when opening the lid. A rugged nonmetallic enclosure with a minimum installation temperature of -60°C provides a watertight and dust tight protection per IP66. External hardware is stainless steel.
The Terminator ZT-Ambient kit is approved for use in ordinary (nonclassified) and hazardous (classified) areas.
